Trycut signs you in anonymously: there is no name, email or password. Your photos and Saved Looks live only on your phone. You can delete everything yourself, in the app, in a few taps.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Trycut and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
This deletes your anonymous account and everything we hold for it on our servers (your count of looks, plan information, history and reports), and clears everything the app stores on your phone (your last photo, Saved Looks and settings).
Can't open the app?
If you have uninstalled Trycut, or can't use the app, email contact@ashbuild.app with the subject "Data deletion request" and your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.), so we can find the right record. We'll confirm within 30 days.
What is kept
Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat may be kept for the period the law requires for tax, accounting and fraud prevention. They contain no name or email.
Subscriptions
Deleting your data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play. See Support for the steps.
