How do looks work?
One look is one AI preview of a style or color on your photo. You get a free welcome look. Pro subscribers get a monthly or weekly allowance, and you can also buy look packs that never expire. Trying hair colors live in the Colors tab is free and unlimited.
My look failed. Did I lose a look?
No. If a look fails, or the connection drops before it finishes, the look is given back automatically. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, email us.
The result doesn't look like me
Tap Report this look and choose "Not me". Within 15 minutes you can get one free redo a day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Google Play, then your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Trycut, and tap Cancel. You can also use Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription.
I paid but my looks or Pro are missing
Open the wallet or Settings and tap Restore purchases. It can take up to a minute for a purchase to appear. If it still doesn't, email us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).
Where are my photos and saved looks?
On your phone only. We don't keep them on our servers. If you delete the app or use Delete my data, they're gone.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings → Delete my data. Details are on the delete page.
